Rated 2 out of 5 by PTTX Needs Better Management In terms of amenities, this hotel has been updated to meet the standards. However, the management needs to catch on or it's going to kill the business:* There is unpleasant smell in the lobby and the elevator which makes me feel like entering a private residence rather than a clean and well-kept hotel.* The bed is too close to the A/C and is partially blocking the air flow. I also had to move my feet toward the center of the bed all night long so I don't catch cold.* The front desk staff sat outside the front entrance smoking cigarette. Contrary to the sign "100% smoke free", there was strong cigarette smell in public area on 2nd floor.* There were dead and dying bugs and roaches by the front and rear/pool entrances and in the breakfast area but the staff don't seem to bother to remove them.* There was mildew growing around the tub.* The A/C was off in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I got greasy smell on my clean clothes as a result.* The fridge storing milk and yogurt in breakfast area was at 60 degrees because the door was hard to close. June 20, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 Room like an oven when checked in A/C was turned off until we checked in. We booked two rooms, they both were the same. As we complained, we were told it would take an hour to cool down because it was hot outside! (It was only around 95F !!! Even if it were above 100 degree, you expect to walk into a cool comfortable room when checking in any hotel). When we insist to try another room, it was the same. The rooms did cool down after we came back from dinner. One toilet was not cleaned. They did fix that when told. In the meantime, I used the public restroom in the lobby - reluctantly, since there were dead roaches scattered on the floor. June 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 Dissatisfied Needs a lot of work done. Housekeepers were not that good. The shampoo was just thrown out on the counter and coffee maker filter never took out. June 7, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by CAM1 Not happy First, I made my reservation just a few hours before arrival. The directions from the confirmation email was wrong...the directions given for south bound travel was actually north bound travelers. The directions have you drive through the Burger King parking lot and then drive across an area that is not a road.The man at the desk could not find my reservation. Got a room with a king bed. The bottom sheet was too small and would not stay on the mattress. When I called to the front desk I was told to come to the desk and he would give me some sheets to try!Before I could get to the desk a flea jumped on me. The man at the desk stated no animals were allowed in the hotel and that it possibly came from the pool or due to the weather getting warm!The man at the front desk gave me 2 flat sheets. When I asked for a fitted sheet he gave me a queen sheet. I was never offered a different room. May 19, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 Poor Customer Service The hotel grounds are very nice, although the pool looked as though it had not been cleaned recently. The room was clean and there were no issues with the physical location. The staff however was extremely rude and were unwilling to attempt to assist with error that had been made on bill. Was told that error was my fault for using a third party for reservation and that they basically did not want to hear about it. After talking with third party it was discovered that they had made the error and I was given my money back but the staff did not apologize for their rudeness. May 5, 2014
