Wine and Paint Party- March 4, 2015
115 Bourbon StreetMarch 04, 2015 6:30 PM
3359 West 115th Street
Merrionette Park, IL 60803
Everyone can be an artist. Let us show you how! Come on up and enjoy the fun that is guaranteed at 115 Bourbon Streets Wine and Paint Party. This is a great way to get together with friends, family, or co-workers as you are taught step-by-step how to paint your very own masterpiece by the wonderful Deanne from Blanc and Brushes. $30/person includes complementary appetizers and all of your art supplies (canvas, paint, and apron). Wednesday's drink special is $10 bottles of wine!   The Saint Patrick's Parade is a south side tradition that began on a rainy Saturday afternoon on March 17th, 1979. Back than it was only a couple of boy scouts and one float, but has quickly grown into one of the largest community celebrations.  Celebrate your Saint Patrick's day at 115 Bourbon Street as our artist shows you how to celebrate your South Side Irish Pride by painting a beautiful tribute to our beautiful city, and a holiday that presents a perfect sense of community. Advance purchased tickets are required to guarantee seating and art supplies for all. This is a limited event so be sure to grab your tickets before they sell out.   FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? This event is open to all ages. Alcohol can only be purchased and cosumed by those over the age of 21 with proper identification.    Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes, you can certainly give your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. However, everyone in your party MUST have a ticket prior to arrival to guarantee a seat (and supplies) for everyone.   Can I update my registration information? Yes, up until the day of the event you are able to change any of your contact information on your ticket.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, but it is recommended. If you cannot print the ticket, you can show the barcode from the ticket on your smartphone.    I have no painting experience whatsoever. Is this alright? Absolutely! Deanne will walk you through the process and you will leave painting like a pro. (Well, maybe not a pro, but your painting will be beautiful!)

Formed by four classically trained musicians, Scythian is a Washington DC band rooted in Celtic music. Initially a group of street performers, the band won a competition in a respected DC newspaper for best local band, which rose it to prominence. While keeping the primary focus of its music on Celtic tradition, Scythian also draws on elements of gypsy punk, jazz and rock, just as the group mixes traditional jigs with modern cover songs. Winning over a diverse group of fans since forming in 2002 and landing a cameo in the M. Night Shyamalan film The Village, Scythian has established itself as one of the premier Celtic fusion bands in the US.
