High summer temps demand that Las Vegas has plenty of options when it comes to cooling off. One such option is Atomic #7. Located south of the Vegas strip in Henderson, Atomic #7 is not your typical ice cream establishment. The customer is able to create their very own ice cream, starting with the milk base. There are options available from soy to almond, and rice to lactose-free milk, among others. From there, one can choose their all-natural or organic flavors, and then some chunky add-ins, like chocolate chips. They then use a patented atmospheric freezing process to turn your creation into ice cream in just minutes. Their website even allows customers to concoct a creation online and have it delivered. -Amy Tjaden

It is a wild, exuberant, boisterous club with dancing and live music that really gets people off their seats. On occasion, this club also books nationally-known rock bands. Ladies are always admitted free.
