Chelsea Prime, is one of the restaurants in The Chelsea by Starr Restaurants, the Philly favorites. On the fifth story of the hotel lies this signature restaurant, where the guests can socialize. The theme is classic. Whether inside the restaurant or in the outdoor dining space, you will surely enjoy the steaks. Try some of the cocktails at the lounge too. In continuation with the classic theme is the grand white piano and pictures of the city in the 1940s. From the level at which the restaurant is placed, the views of the sea are exquisite. A more casual option is the Teplitzky's that is open 'round the clock.
This restaurant has been named after the family that owned the Howard Johnson Hotel Atlantic City, where now stands The Chelsea. Teplitzky's is the casual alternative to the hotel's other restaurant Chelsea Prime, and it open 24/7. While at the saltwater pool, you can ask for whatever you wish, while soaking in the sun. Another masterpiece of the Starr Restaurants, it also features a hidden cocktail lounge and a coffee shop.
You can drink anytime of the day. Not that you should, but at Chelsea Pub it's a possibility. Apart from cold drinks, the pub also serves various pub fare like hamburgers, seafood and subs. It's inexpensive and always open. What more needs to be said?

The people here know a thing or two about Italian cooking. Unlike most people, whose Italian cooking skills are limited to spaghetti and a frozen lasagna, the owners prepare dishes with skill and attention. After 20 years in the business, you better believe they know what sauce goes great with linguine. With all of this knowledge under their belt, anything you order is bound to be superb. The cuisine is typically northern Italy and the Mediterranean influence is apparent in that they serve whole, fresh fish and other dishes that are native to the region.
