Life from the Indian Territory days to the 1930's is depicted at this museum with items that include furniture and armed services' memorabilia on display.
Located 11 miles northeast of Ardmore in the building that once was the town's schoolhouse, this museum is centered around Gene Autry, a legendary cowboy and movie star. This museum includes memorabilia of Gene Autry's Western movies as well as memorabilia of Roy Rogers, Tex Ritter and Rex Allen. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
A variety of Western and contemporary paintings are featured in the galleries of this center as well as works by area artists. An 800 volume art and research library is also on site.
An impressive collection of the world's finest and rare examples of doll maker's art. A collection of approximately 300 antique dolls.
