This room was booked, and paid in full for my brother and nephew. Their names were is the additional section. I even called and verified that their names were there for check-in. The person at check-in had a great amount of trouble. Stated that their names where not on there. My nephew had the confirmation number and this person was still not going to let them check-in. Then I received a phone call from the hotel, but they hung up when I answered. My brother and nephew were finally able to check-in. This was far too big an issue and hassle for something so simple.

Don’t stay here
Awful service. Pool not usable. Breakfast was cold and not cooked. Hallways were hot and humid. Fire alarm went off. Elevator sensors didn’t work.

Very nice, old place. Clean, spacious room & well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was good. However, they were renovating and the paint smell permeated everything and the pool was closed.
