Rated 3 out of 5 Clean and comfortable but overpriced The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were so overcooked they were inedible, though the sausage was good. They had grits for people who like those, but everything else was pre-packaged. I did not receive my AARP discount. 3 different clerks couldn't figure out how to do it in the computer. The last one said she did, but when I looked at my credit card statement I saw she had first CHARGED me the discount amount before she CREDITED it to me, leaving me in the same place I started--no discount. Though the room was nice enough, and the building attractive and well-maintained, I thought it was way over-priced, the most expensive stay of my 2 weeks on the road. October 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Pleasantly surprised Hotel was easily accessible from the interstate. Hotel sign was not yet up to display. Attached sports bar was a Plus for a night cap (drink) before calling it a night from business traveling. The room I stayed in was very spacious with a king size bed. Pillows & linen were crisp clean & very appealing to crawl into bed. October 20, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 Plainview Get together It was clean, no elevator, pool was closed, but we only stayed one night so we didn't have much time to do anything anyway. October 17, 2014
