Step inside to a rustic, western yet somewhat elegant setting including lots of wood and leather. The menu features USDA choice, grain-fed, mid-western beef cooked to perfection on a flame grill, fresh local and organic seafood selections, along with other American favorites. Meats are aged and hand-cut on-site, and all entrees are homemade with a southern touch added in. Saloon features a full service bar, a number of specialty drinks and several wines.
