Rated 5 out of 5 Sister weekend was comfy at Quality I stayed at the hotel with my 2 sisters and 2 sister-in-laws. Everyone complimented on how nice their stay was at this hotel. Two of us used the pool and we all ate at the breakfast, and enjoyed both. This was the first time I stayed at a hotel were I had real water pressure while taking a shower,loved it. August 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Brownie Best beds in Akron We stay here when in the Akron area. The pool could be better. The front desk staff are always great. Breakfast is equal to all the other hotels that I stay in- no better or worse.The beds are the best. I sleep like a baby. August 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Thank God for the Quality Inn! After a horrible experience at another nearby hotel and difficulty finding a new hotel, we were extremely satisfied with the Quality Inn. The hotel was much nicer than the previous one that we had left was and the staff were way friendlier and much more helpful both at the front desk and in housekeeping. The rooms were very nice and we liked having two Queen beds instead of two Doubles like we had at the other hotel where we began our trip. Not to mention the Quality Inn was a better value cost wise for a much nicer hotel experience. The breakfast was also a nice selection and was free with your stay. We were able to get adjoining rooms, both with a fridge and microwave which made our stay even better. We were extremely grateful to find this hotel so we could end our trip to Cleveland/Akron on a positive note. August 19, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 ?? Does seem like the staff wanted to be there. And apparently your staff doesn't know how to email a conformation to the client- if so why did it take over night when I keep calling to get the conformation request. Wednesday 7-30-14 day of arrival I got 10 conformations and all were wrong! I called the hotel right away and told the lady who answered the phone that it was wrong and she corrected the error- I think her name was sue or susan.. Different that the lady who took the reservations.BAD SERVICE if you ask me.. August 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 The hotel is older and in need of an overhaul. The room smelled terrible of smoke and air freshner. Internet kicked us off and was slow. Breakfast was average. August 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 remarkable customer satisfaction We were down in Akron to watch the Bridgestone golf tournament. We checked out early Saturday morning at 6am still half asleep. The staff proceeded to clean up our room. I received a phone call around 9am stating that we had left some things behind. I was very happy that the staff cared enough to call me so I could claim my things since I live 45 minutes north of Buffalo. I am an assistant manager of a huge paint company who has the highest quality of customer service standards and to be on the receiving end of this service was fantastic. Please portray my thanks and gratitude to those staff members who cared they are awesome!!!!!!!!!! August 8, 2014
