From Mayaguez Airport- start at Eugenio Maria de Hostos head west toward PR-2, turn left at PR-2 S, turn right at deceleration lane (under construction) Km 220.1. From Merceditas Airport- Head south toward PR-1, turn right at PR-1, take the ramp onto PR-52 S partial toll road, take the exit onto PR-2 O(west) toward Mayaguez/Guayanilla, turn left at km 220.1, underpass (under construction). From LMM Airport- Start at LMM airport, turn left toward Teodoro Moscoso bridge, slight right at Teodoro Moscoso bridge, head southwest on PR-17S, merge onto PR-18S via the right ramp to Caguas, take the left exit onto PR-52S toward Caguas/Cupey/Ponce, take the exit onto PR-2 O(west) toward Mayaguez/ Guayanilla/, turn left at Km 220.1 underpass.
