Rated 4 out of 5 by Beth Always a nice stay Renovations have begun and this hotel is looking nice and sharp instead of tired and dated. I always like staying here because the front desk staff is always pleasant, breakfast is good, and it is convenient to many things. February 25, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 Great Find In Buckhead Spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff is combination that I seek as a frequent business traveler. This property is of great value because of its location. At my most recent stay the hotel was oversold, but the staff still went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, as If I was their only guest. February 18, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 Refused to give the type of room reserved! Was told by staff that the hotel was overbooked and it didn't matter what type of room I reserved they were giving me a smaller room even though I had made my reservation 7 weeks in advance. We were told it doesn't matter what type of room is reserved, the hotel always has the option to change the type of room from what was reserved! Also the wifi was out the entire 3 days we were there. And third strike was the refrigerator in the kitchen was a joke, very small dorm size when the online photos show a apartment size refrigerator. Will never stay here again. February 17, 2015

DISAPPOINTED We had high expectations after reading that this hotel was smoke free and undergoing a renovation and 'all guest suites have been fully renovated.' HA. Our room (202) REEKED with old smoke; A/C and heat was not working; handle on toilet 1 was loose; seat on toilet 2 was broke (bolt missing); no towel bars in vanity areas; water pooling on bottom of refrigerator; no housekeeping had been performed when we returned to the room. I could go on . . . Issues were addressed with front desk staff; and, for the most part, were remedied. And a candle kind of helped with the stench.Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.Oh, yes, there was no elevator, which made it challenging for us 'old' folks with luggage, etc., navigating the stairs.
